Creating and Managing Your Account

  1. Click on the ‘Profile’ icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select ‘Create an account’ or head directly to the account creation page.
  3. Complete the form and click on ‘Create an account’ to finish.

Need to update your contact details, name, or email address?

  1. Log into your Belle Éclat account by entering your email and password.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard and click on the ‘My Account’ section to make your changes.

If you wish to update your password:

  1. Log into your Belle Éclat account with your current email and password.
  2. Go to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Change my password’.
  3. Fill out the form and click on ‘Save’ to update your password.

Orders

Ordering from Belle Éclat is easy:

  1. Log into your Belle Éclat account, or create one if you haven’t.
  2. Add your desired products to the shopping cart.
  3. Once finished, click on ‘View my shopping cart’ for a summary.
  4. Click ‘Proceed to checkout’ to complete your payment.

For first-time orders:

  1. Click on ‘Proceed to checkout’.
  2. Enter your email to create a Belle Éclat account and fill in the necessary details.

For returning customers:

  1. Log into your account; your details will appear automatically, with an option to update them.
  2. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the secure payment page.
  3. Select your preferred payment method and complete your order.

We apologize for any inconvenience due to stock shortages. If your order is affected, your account will be credited immediately.

Once your package is with the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your order’s progress on the carrier’s website or from your Belle Éclat account.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Print and complete the withdrawal form, include it in your return package.
  2. Contact Customer Service via our online form

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return. In busy periods, it might take a bit longer.

Delivery

If you’re not available to sign for your package, the carrier will provide necessary information to retrieve it.

Yes, Belle Éclat delivers to France and over 20 European countries.

We accept credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, SOFORT, and bank transfers. For bank transfer payments, please contact our Customer Service.
